Some images from last Fridays live event at Timberland HQ in London. “To celebrate the coming together of two global icons, Tommy Hilfiger and Timberland, and inspired by the mission of making better together, we are collaborating with two sample artists in-store, reviving materials from the past to create a new vision. Our artists will produce one of a kind collages, bringing to life the partnership purpose as an exclusive gift with purchase. “ I spent my teens working and couriering around here. It was cool to be back some years later making some work for this great collaboration. Thanks to all the team at Exposure London, Timberland and TommyHilfiger for a great day. And sorry about the mess.

The Blinding of Isaac Woodard. Premiering tomorrow on PBS.
Very proud to have worked on creating the animations with GRIFF for The Blinding of Isaac Woodard - such an important part of American Civil Rights History. A forgotten story. “ In 1946, Isaac Woodard, a Black army sergeant on his way home to South Carolina after serving in WWII, was pulled from a bus for arguing with the driver. The local chief of police savagely beat him, leaving him unconscious and permanently blind. “ Trailer here. Watch on PBS from March 30th. #IsaacWoodardPBS

AMERICAN ILLLUSTRATION WIN
With this bizarre year being shaken upsidedown so many things came and went kind of completely unnoticed. Recapping now, there’s this nice news. A winning entry for American Illustraion 38. I’ve always been drawn towards attempting to visualise different conditions of the human mind. This was one of a series of images focusing on new and novel approaches to treatments for major depressive disorders. Something I fear will be much needed in the coming month and years. Client: Massachusetts General Hospital - Dispatches from the Fronteirs of Medicine. #mentalhealthawareness
