MAYO CLINIC
I had the pleasure of working for McGuffin in Chicago creating a series of collages reimagining anatomy. I spliced original anatomical drawings from the 1920’s with imagery representing todays visionary evolution at the Mayo Clinic exploring human anatomy.
‘We have broken away from tradition - both in how we approach education and how we expand out understanding of anatomy’
Client @mayoclinic
Creative Team @mcguffincg
Original cadaver drawings circ. 1920 E.Fry
How they understand and teach anatomy now is truely mind blowing ~ the full feature and magazine pdf is available at mayo alumni education here.

OASIS LIVE '25
New work by Griff & I for the big rock n rollers reunion. We created a 5 minute video for Noel’s seminal solo ‘Little By Little’. Watch this space for video clips in the wild as the tour moves to Manchester next week, and then into London, Ireland and around the world.... Special thankyou to Chris Curtis for the invite to collaborate on this project.
NANCY DREW
Griff and I are stoked to reveal we’ve been working on initial animations for a very cool documentary in production right now.
Nancy Drew, The Case of the American Icon.
A full-length documentary exploring the history and cultural impact of literature’s OG girl sleuth - Nancy Drew
For this initial stage of the project Griff and I were commissioned to create a series of developmental in show sequences and an intro animation.
Director Cathleen O’Connell has amassed the most amazing archive of book jackets, artworks, ink drawings and Drew related ephemera. Delving into the wealth of material quickly started to throw up a plethora of ideas to implement into these initial animations.
Our aim is to reflect the original aesthetic of the books and the Nancy Drew DNA whilst putting it through our contemporary collage lens and giving it a fresh spin.
Due to unforeseen events in the US part of the funding for this project was withdrawn so the team have launched a cool Kickstarter campaign here to get it over the line. One month to go!
I’ll keep you posted on all things Nancy as they develop, including some sneak peeks into our collage process.. but for now behold the intro taster…

THAW - PARENTHOOD ON ICE
Egg freezing is now a global phenomenon, used by women all over the world. But its outcomes can’t be known until years later, when the eggs are thawed and fertilized. THAW follows three American women navigating difficult choices about their biological clocks, and questioning what “choice” actually means in this new era of eggs on ice.
Griff and I created over 12 sequences for the documentary with topics ranging from ancient biology and fertility to the social sciences and egg freezing.
THAW is currently doing the rounds on the US Festival circuit.
Below is a series of stills. More soon.
